Most people barely taste their own possibility.

You already know there’s more.

For the ones who chose themselves — and are still learning what that means.

This is not a program. It’s a recalibration.

I work with people who’ve been through something real — and are in the process of building what comes next. Who got sober, or ended a structure that was costing them more than they gave, or found themselves standing in the space after a significant change wondering what a good life actually looks like from the inside. People high-functioning enough to know something is still off, and self-aware enough to take it seriously.

This is somatic work — starting with the body and the nervous system, not just the story you’re telling about your situation. Certified Performance Neuroscience coach, somatic practitioner, shamanic apprentice on a lineage path, over a decade with high performers in genuine transition. No curriculum. No groups (unless you want one). One-to-one, done carefully. The result is not a better version of the life you already have. It’s the beginning of a life your spirit can actually inhabit.

Ways to work together

Rebecca Beltran morning tea ritual — Sleep Recovery Immersive, Seattle

Overnight · $6,500

Your sleep stopped restoring you. Something shifted — and the protocols aren't touching it.

The Sleep Recovery Immersive is a 16-hour overnight at my medicine house in Seattle. We spend the evening, the night, and the morning together — investigating what's actually happening in your sleep architecture, your nervous system, and your hormones, and beginning to change it. You leave with a real map and a 30-day protocol, not a theory.

Deep work flow state session — One Month Day coaching

Single-day protocol · by consultation

You're capable of extraordinary output. You just can't reliably get there.

The One Month Day is a performance neuroscience protocol for designing a single 24-hour period where everything — your environment, your body, your food, your focus, your recovery — is aligned precisely enough that you enter and sustain deep flow. We design it together around your specific biology and work. One proof-of-concept day becomes the template for everything after.

Rebecca Beltran on a forest path — somatic coaching Seattle

One-to-one · $900 / hr

For people in the middle of a significant transition — and ready to do the actual work.

One-to-one coaching at the intersection of somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and performance neuroscience. Sessions are bespoke in length as well as content — a focused 90 minutes, a half-day deep dive, whatever the work actually requires. This is not weekly drip-out therapy. It's concentrated, designed, and moves at the pace of genuine change.

I know the territory. I’ve walked it.

I’m a somatic practitioner, Performance Neuroscience coach (FRC certified), and shamanic apprentice with over a decade of working with high-performing humans in transition. My own life has been the laboratory — sleep disruption, hormonal transition, ending structures that were costing me more than they gave, rebuilding slowly and with intention.

I work at the intersection of body intelligence, nervous system science, and the kind of deep knowing that doesn’t come from a certification. I bring both: the data and the compass.

I take a small number of clients at any given time. I take the work seriously.

Some day, if you are lucky,
you'll return from a thunderous journey
trailing snake scales, wing fragments
and the musk of Earth and moon.

Eyes will examine you for signs
of damage, or change
and you, too, will wonder
if your skin shows traces
of fur, or leaves,
if thrushes have built a nest of your hair,
if Andromeda burns from your eyes.

Do not be surprised by prickly questions
from those who barely inhabit their own fleeting lives,
who barely taste their own possibility,
who barely dream.

If your hands are empty, treasureless,
if your toes have not grown claws,
if your obedient voice has not become
a wild cry, a howl,

you will reassure them.
We warned you, they might declare,
there is nothing else, no point,
no meaning, no mystery at all,
just this frantic waiting to die.

And yet, they tremble, mute,
afraid you've returned
without sweet elixir
for unspeakable thirst,
without a fluent dance or holy laughter...
for the terrible beauty of galaxies and granite and bone.

— Geneen Marie Haugen, The Return
